The open day of GCP for Chinese breeders held in Beijing

The GCP project “Integrated Breeding Platform” (IBP, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation) is envisioned as a sustainable, web-based, one-stop shop for crop information, analytical tools and related services to design and carry out integrated breeding projects. The GCP Open Day was held on June 8th at Friendship Hotel, Beijing. Chinese Breeders learned how to access and use the IBP tools in their breeding programs, and how to access genotyping facilities at very low cost.
